The deal started fine, if you see a price online that price is something you have to fight for if you are not financing and have a trade in. Luckily they honored it. The finance department lady, I forgot her name, was awesome. After the deal was done I felt like the salesman just didn't care what happened. Diego, my salesman was supposed to inquire about the tire kit or spare not being in the vehicle, he never did. I had to call and he finally answered after I called a few times. I received an email saying they wanted to buy-back my truck and upgrade me to a newer model for little change to my payment. Spent time taking pics and sending in the info. Then they wanted me to put down the same $10k as with my current truck. Really? I went in thinking there was a catch, and sure enough... Just don't waste my time please.
