Just had the most unsettling experience from a salesperson by the name of Eddie S********. I was planning to purchase another vehicle and filled out a credit application, expecting to hear back regarding the financing I would qualify for. Mr. S******** called me and demanded to know what vehicle I wanted to finance right then and there. I explained to him that I was "shopping the financing" and unsure of what I wanted, but he wasn't having any of it. Sales folks are horrible when we bought our car. Took my car in today to get an oil change and get the code to the car and was told I had to pay $29 because it was not negotiated during the sales. Told me I should get the cabin air filter replaced because it was dirty but I told them we had just replaced it. Then I asked to get the tire air filled because it was at 33 psi and he said they top off the tires. I get my car and leave and the tire psi was still the same as I brought it in.
