Just purchased a new **** explore in March of 2025. The purchase was going good over the phone agreed on a price and the price was the same as agreed on. The sales person was easy to work with(*****). Everything was good till I gave them my pre approval then things changed. The sales manger came with the let me run your credit to beat your interest rate. When I told him no I was good I was told I could not leave with car unless credit was ran because they havent worked with my bank before and didnt trust my pre approval. Tol... read more
