These people do not care about selling you a dangerous vehicle and will not answer the phone when you attempt to address the issue. DO NOT purchase a vehicle from Maxwell! They don’t care about your safety. They just want your money
Your sales guys should not judge people thinking they are not buying and ignore clients. My wife and I walk around for minutes and sales team was joking and chilling outside. They noticed we were looking for a truck. Even when we walk close to them they ignored us. We went to reception and ask for to send us somebody because we were ready to buy. Plus Camera on a brand new F150 is failing
Have dealt with Maxwell and Maxwell service since 2008. Todays experience with service was VERY poor.

I traded in my Ford F-150 Lariat from Riata Ford and purchased a Ford Edge from Maxwell Ford since the terrible experience I have continued to get maintenance there, yesterday I have my state inspection, a recall, and oil changed. Somehow the windshield cracked and a huge 2ft crack is now my fault? Had that been there I would have passed inspection! We're sorry that after further attempts to resolve your concerns regarding your windshield that we were unable to meet your expectations. A rock chip was observed on the vehicle while the State Inspection was being performed. The current weather conditions of being cool in the morning then heating up to the mid 80’s has turned that chip into a crack.
