Would not recommend this service department. I scheduled an online appointment for a 4:15pm and when I arrived for a steering alignment, state inspection, and recall notice the guy stated the appointment is only to speak with the service rep and Maxwell Ford could not to perform any service work. We settled on working only the steering wheel alignment at this was the main reason for my visit because of the new tires I purchased at Discount Tires. It was easy to set up my appointment. When I arrived there was not a long wait time. My oil change was done in a timely manner. When I picked up my vehicle I did not have a long wait time. Over all Andrew Somerville and the service was great.
