If there was a ZERO star thats what they would get... If you want to disrespected and shown how little your business means to this dealership go ahead and go right over but for me I will make sure everyone I know never does business with this company ever from the lack of regard for my business to the disrespect I received from not just 1 but 2 salesmen you might as well just not even bother trying to buying anything here very poor salesmen work here............. Worst of the worst for ford dealerships

It was great and easy working with Jeff Korioth, it was my first time buying a vehicle on my own and he helped me through the whole process and had everything ready and on hand. The financing was a breeze too.

So sad to admit I was scammed at buying extra packages for my new vehicle, which I don't use or need. Worst is the Service Dept. , Rude Supervisor Erick S*******. Banned me from Maxwell Ford , just for giving honest bad review on a Survey. Will not service my car, and said I can take it to other Ford Dealership.
