car in Monday morning was overheating several times they kept the car till Friday afternoon and said they could not find a problem, I explain to them that it will overheat and I will break down and if that happens will you send a tow truck they said no, And I did break down 20 minutes after leaving the shop Friday afternoon. I have bumper to bumper warranty they did not offer a tow and they did not offer a rental car which is all included in my warranty, I spent over 300 riding in Uber that week. Just got off the phone with Eddie Sifuentes and after speaking with him I’d rather walk the streets than i would buy a vehicle from him. Absolutely rude for no reason, showed no customer service skills and honestly am surprised he has a job. Won’t be doing business at this dealership because of him.
