Worst Car buying experience on 4/16/2020 from Maxwell Ford. I was hung up on after inquiring about internet pricing and dealer pricing by a sales person. Price that is listed on the internet including Auto Trader and their very own website is 40,482 and after another sales person reached out, he advised me that the internet price is wrong and that the price is 3000 dollars more. Not to mention they are saying that I can not finance with anyone else but Ford credit to obtain the rebates. Shady from the get go and disappointed... read more

Internet manager wouldn’t engage in conversation of negotiation. Stated that it was mandatory to put a $500 deposit prior to him bringing the deal to anyone for discussion.

When I arrived I met with Eddie who I had spoken to by phone after having looked at vehicles on line.
