Don't buy from this dealer. I was a return customer and they did so many shady things I don't even know where to start. 1) The price when I got there was 3,000 higher than advertised online. 2) They changed the price after negotiating my trade in value but lied to my face and said no the price didn't change. Maxwell Ford Just lost business because they would not give me a price quote on a truck if I was not willing to buy then and there. How can I decide to buy something if I don't know how much it costs. The internet price is only if you get their financing and trade in a Ford truck. So obviously it's not the price I would pay. Yet they were not willing to give me a quote. Such a shame that dealership use such tactics.

Santiago was the best service person I have dealt with at Maxwell Ford ever. He was on top of everything from the minute I pulled into the service department until I pick up my car. He is the best !!!!!!!! The service department to the paint and body shop to the shuttle ride... Maxwell is the only place I will be taking my car.
