Worst Car buying experience on 4/16/2020 from Maxwell Ford. I was hung up on after inquiring about internet pricing and dealer pricing by a sales person. Price that is listed on the internet including Auto Trader and their very own website is 40,482 and after another sales person reached out, he advised me that the internet price is wrong and that the price is 3000 dollars more. Not to mention they are saying that I can not finance with anyone else but Ford credit to obtain the rebates. Shady from the get go and disappointed... read more

Internet manager wouldn’t engage in conversation of negotiation. Stated that it was mandatory to put a $500 deposit prior to him bringing the deal to anyone for discussion.
First off, from prior experience I knew I could count on getting a good deal at Maxwell Ford. When I arrived I met with Eddie who I had spoken to by phone after having looked at vehicles on line. He knew what I was interested in and while one of the cars I had come to see had just left on a test drive (I actually watched the car and people drive away,) Eddie (AKA: Papi Chulo) was able to show me other viable options. My salesman Troy was great! Attentive to my needs, upbeat, and always had a smile on his face! A huge shout out to GSM Steve Cargo, who has helped me purchase my last 3 Fords (2 Mustang GTs and an FX F150), always giving me the best deal possible and just being an all around terrific guy! Maxwell Ford has a customer for life! Great service, especially considering the stress everyone is under during this Covid19 pandemic....thanks again guys for all you do, every day!
