Rebecca Gonzales is the worst service department representative I have ever experienced! The last two times I’ve came in for an oil change and full service. She has tried to tack on THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS worth of things I did not need done and things she said that were done and were NOT done! Even small things I’ve needed, were overcharge tremendously! I ccommend and thank Service Advisor John Sullivan for the excellent service I received while my vehicle was evaluated and repaired. John helped me get the repairs my vehicle required and he kept me informed, in a professional and courteous manner, every step of the way.

First visit since buying the car, decided to wait while being serviced. Oil change tire rotation and point check. Maybe 30 min. Very pleased

Called to find out if I should make an appointment for a check engine light on 2018 Ford 250. Was told I should make an appointment rather than just come in. They told me they had an appointment for same day at noon. Sent my technician to bring the vehicle to them, and when he got there they told him they wouldn't even be able to hook up the diagnostic machine to the truck for at least a day and a half. What is the point of making an appointment!!!? What sort of terrible scammy customer service is this. To top it all off, th... read more
