The service is awful.. if you are a woman the definitely don’t cater to you. Once they have your money from a car sale that’s al they care about. Even the corporate office. Our car was in service 3 times in one month for similar problems that were addressed when the car was there the previous visit.

Came in to look at a used car and ran into the sales person who sold us our 2014 Ford Explorer, Serhiy Vasylkov. He recognized us and went above and beyond in accommodating us, answering our questions and showing us the models we were interested in. Mr. Carcamo, I have a call into ResistAll (Cal-Tex) to see why coverage for your truck purchased from us in 2015 is being denied. The only reason I can see that coverage would be denied is if section 6 part B of the warranty was not fulfilled. It states: “Your Responsibility: Upon noticing a stain or damage to your interior or exterior treated surfaces, contact Cal-Tex immediately, but in no event later than thirty (30) days, or it may impact coverage of the warranty.” Have you made a claim in the past? Although the last advisor tried to be helpful, it has been endlessly frustrating trying to get timely assistance with the issues with my android auto system. The last advisor, John Sullivan flat out did not return my calls after my previous visit when the system was failing again. I find that insulting and completely unacceptable.
