My rear passenger door latch broke. It was a recall issue. I called Maxwell Ford, they gave me an appointment for the next day, and I had my car back the following day. There was no charge for the service. The employee who helped me was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. He made my visit easy and my car is home again.
