Went to take my car for service but I forgot to talk with my agent about my warranty (things happens) and he was very patient, when I comeback to leave my warranty I left on his hands and left (I was tired, I’m sorry) so he was nice enough to help me trough all the process, my car was ready pretty fast and plus he put the warranty back in my car!! DONT BUY USED CAR FROM MAXWELL FORD!!! first they forgot to give me the second key to the vehicle. Second after I drove the vehicle for less than a 1000 miles (less than a week) the service engine light came on and they will not standby it and make it right. They said it's your problem now!!! so if your looking for a vehicle dont buy it there!!!

I worked with Josh and Miguel from the used car dept. After I purchased the truck i had 2 changes done that required the truck to stay there for a few days. I was told it be ready by Monday. They never called to tell me it was completed. I had to call and follow up with them. I got my truck 10 days after purchase. Make sure when you buy a car from them that the oil change was done before driving it home. My truck alerted me that an oil change was needed on my drive home. I recently purchased a 2015 Ford Escape for my daughter's birthday. The service I recieved for my salesperson Eddie Sifuentes was great!. He was very knowledgeable and made my daughter feel comfortable able the car she chose. I will definitely shop there again and let anyone looking for a ford to head over to Maxwell!

The service is awful.. if you are a woman the definitely don’t cater to you. Once they have your money from a car sale that’s al they care about. Even the corporate office. Our car was in service 3 times in one month for similar problems that were addressed when the car was there the previous visit.

Came in to look at a used car and ran into the sales person who sold us our 2014 Ford Explorer, Serhiy Vasylkov. He recognized us and went above and beyond in accommodating us, answering our questions and showing us the models we were interested in.
