Their service department left the oil cap off my husbands truck after an oil change and refuse to do anything to make up for their mistake. Brand new truck now has a check engine light and we have no idea if it will be a reliable vehicle for him to travel in for work back and forth from Dallas. Shame on you Maxwell Ford
We paid cash for a truck in the beginning of April. It took the threat of a lawsuit to get them to actually process the title transfer. I verified with Travis County the application was submitted last Friday, June 7. This is over two months, which is illegal. They swore for over two months that it was processed and that it was because Travis County was backed up on processing transfers. After multiple phone calls (10-12) we finally got confirmation that the title is now in his name. DO NOT do business with this place.

Dawn, I tried explaining to you that your license plates were in a cue (Web Dealer) to be processed by Travis County last week when you called in. I reached out to our title department and they were able to get you bumped up in line, but you hung up the phone before I could finish explaining that. I am glad we were able to get this resolved for you, and I am sorry Travis County was a little behind in getting your vehicle registered. Nice peoples,providing good customer service
Terrible experience. Went for a car advertised that is no longer available, and is still advertised. Showed me a different vehicle, priced it out. Sales guy then sends me a text today telling me about the great deals this weekend and when I told him your competition has you beat the response is “sorry you can’t afford it”. Easy way out to attempt to insult people I guess. I’ll be buying my fleet vehicles elsewhere.
