purchased a 2016 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque on 5/4. I noticed quickly that there was a squeak with the wheel rotation and had the brakes looked at. I thought maybe the pads were just starting to wear, but the brakes estimate stated the rotors were bad. Additionally, the front passenger door has a leak (maybe the weather stripping). My contact Olivia Tubbs was professional, knowledgeable and did a great job keeping me updated on the process of getting my repairs completed. I also was very happy that I was able to get a shuttle ride home after drop off.

Worked with Mark "G" Graebener. Looked up a car that was shown on their used inventory on third party sites along with their dealership site. Called the morning of and asked if they had it in stock, gave vehicle name, year, even the stock number, and if anyone had expressed interest in it. Was told we would be called back to make sure there were no issues. Low and behold, we got a phone call back within 10 minutes and was told they just got it and we would be able to look at it. I took our new truck in for initial oil change and service department very prompt in getting my car and doing the work ! My service advisor, Jackie Wiora was very friendly and helpful in answering my questions! She had the truck out for me in 30 min and gave me a full run down on what they did. Give her and the service department a 5 star rating!
