I asked these guys to fix one of my seats in the back of my car. They quoted me $800. Luckily I didn’t go with them. My friend who owns a garage was able to fix it in less than 10 seconds with zero tools. It was blatantly obvious that anyone in the know could have simply fixed it. I was bummed that not only did maxwell ford try to sell me an expensive service, they also didn’t even fix it for me when they could have done it for free. I wish that there was another dealership in Austin bc I would not go there if I had a choice... read more

Their price on oil changes is same as a quick lube place but they rotate tires for free. The guy that did the work didnt seem like he was on the decils lettuce which is a big big plus
Took my truck in for a recall only and they call me saying you have numerous things wrong with your truck and we can fix it for 3k . I tell them no please do what I brought in to do ! Then I get my truck back and it has all kinds of new problems that it never had before the recall . They scam you out of your money not worth taking it here find another dealer !
I brought my 2013 F150 in for a Safety recall. Transmission related. It was a software update. Apparently, after they did the update the quality assurance tech never test drove the truck to see if the update was effective. As I was driving home, It died at every stoplight. I took it back. Infuriated with the delivery to me without testing the update. So I wasted an entire day at the dealer. Obviously, they have a problem in their customer quality program. I would NOT recommend their service department. JH Austin Tx.
