Good experience with my seals rep Larry he helped us locate what we where looking for and we were able to get it with the monthly payments in range of what me and my wife could afford.
Had an appt. on a Saturday morning & when I got there y'all were swamped! Anticipated wait time was 2 hours. My service consultant John Sullivan got me in & out in less than an hour. Thanks John, you rock!!
quick ..professional..and not pushy
Was driving through decided to check this place out. Was contacted by Jeff “K” and he has been a complete help with looking at and comparing different cars. I was not even thinking about buying and he helped me to find what I was looking and I ended up walking out with a 2015 fusion at a great price! Thanks for all that you do Jeff! I appreciate it! Saw a truck on their website that I liked. Price was right. Got there and the “sale price” was $2k over the Internet price. Sketchy..but okay, whatever. Test drove the truck and fell in love with it. Came back the next day with 2 toddlers in tow ready to sign. Gave the salesman my offer which was the internet price. He forms back with, “oh, we can’t go that low. There’s also a $8,000 ADD-ON fee!!! Say what?! That’s a big jump from your advertised price!!! RIDICULOUS. Went back and forth and ended up offering $1500 more than ... read more
