I just purchased a used suv for my wife . The sales man was friendly wile he was selling us the car but after you walk out the door he is done with you. No follow up calls , will not return phone calls & has yet to respond to emails . I was going to to buy a new F-350 from him also but after this I bought it from another ford dealer , & they have returned my calls and answered my questions ect .... mys suggestion to Maxwell would be to take care of your customers . Absolutely horrible experience.. we will never be back, the salesperson wanted to play the haggle game and kept bringing us fuzzy and hypothetical numbers, despite us asking him to come back with real numbers with an actual APR multiple times.. the “lot price” and “internet price” were $5,000 apart and told us we could only have the “internet” price if we financed through them, even though we already had financing with our bank... then they only offered us $500 for our trade...it took 4 hours to accomplish this much! My daughter & I live League City, Texas. She found a car she liked in Austin at Maxwell Ford. Called & spoke to Eddie Sifuentes & he assisted us. BUT. When we spoke over the phone everything hi ing was agreed on & stated they would honor a Trade In quote from Carmax if we brought the paper. Did not want to be put out since we would have to travel 3.5hrs there with gas & hotel expense. Talked again to him everything was a go. By far and away the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership EVER! I submitted my information online for a KBB purchase and worked with Ryan Barnett about trading it in for a very specific Explorer. I told him repeatedly I wanted to do as much as possible without having to come in as I live an hour away and have 2 kids. He told me coming in was my only option. I had a complaint about my used 2012 F150 coming with one key after I already signed the paper work. Ike Haines took care of the issue. I appreciate his support. Thanks and yes, I now recommend Maxwell Ford and a shout out to Anthony in the service department as well for looking into a sun roof issue.
