I don't recommend this company. The work done to my computer took a really long time probably because this technician was working on many computers at the same time. Some work and then an hour before anything else was done. They also took some of my paid programs off my computer without my knowledge like "MyPCBackup" program that I use to back up to the cloud. My computer is as infected today as when I had my work done.
Michael and Matt were GREAT!!!! Windows Vista Recovery scare ware totally messed up my puter. All files were lost, but Michael found they were just hidden. 2 1/2 hours of remote service for the flat rate of $89. Computer is now flying through the net!!! Highly recommend PC e Support! Computer Gurus was amazing, if I could give them six stars I would. I brought in my 5 year old MacBook which was having what I thought were very serious problems and it might by on its death bed. Computer Gurus could have called it DOA but instead of selling me a bunch of stuff I didn't need they solved the problem of a simple broken fan. Which they had in stock!!! this is a pretty good computer repair service. I've used them 3 times now and each time they have been very, very good. I like pretty much everything about the service they really know what they are doing. What I really like is that they try to save me money. This is beautiful.
Shhhhh don't tell anyone but I FINALLY figured out I don't have to pay $400 for the Squad to come out to my business to fix 30 minute problems. Under a $100 and very, very good.

I have my hard drive locked by ATA password with an unknown reason. MHDD mentioned, "WARNING : tHIS DRIVE IS LOCKED BY ATA PASSWORD". The locked Hard Drive is WDC WD2500JB-00GVC0 (SN : WD-WCAL78032380). ALL my important files are buried in there. One of my friend recommended that I try Salvage Data product and I am very glad that I have got back all company presentations very quickly. Thanks to Salvage Data.
