very good service had a BAD VIRUS blocking internet explorer pc esupport fixed problem in an hour remotely i highly recommend this service "one flat rate,but fix is great"
Worst virus I ever had! I contacted pcesupport and Matt - the service tech fixed me right up. He was great and very helpful! Will definitly recommend them!
If you have ever received a virus on your computer, you know how helpless you are being unable to correct the problem. From the time I was connected to Matt from PC eSupport and my computer virus being extracted, it took a little over an hour. The fee is very reasonable and there is a guaranteed repair or no cost to you. Highly recomended.

Had a great experience with this company. Removed my virus remotely on a Sunday nite. It took only 10 minutes of my time and it was all done in less than an hour. I recomend for virus removal. Very helpful and nice. Now I can do my payroll on Wednesday Yeah.
Very, very pleased with Matt's help. Spent two solid days with other tech support people (Geek Squad, JustAnswer.com) who could not solve my problem. My Outlook shut down every time I tried to open it - and I run my own business from this computer, so it was unbelievably frustrating (and I lost time & business) to have my Outlook out of commission for 2 days. Well worth the cost- I highly recommend using PC eSupport!

Took less than one hour to remotely remove a nasty virus that Geek Squad wanted at least 3 days to do for almost twice the cost.
Matt at PC E Support was hugely successful in fixing a really difficult and serious computer contamination problem. He was quick, extremely efficient, and friendly. His courtesy and relaxed approach was very important to me because I am such a computer ignoramus and was totally stressed out by this unusual occurance.
