Friendly & Efficient! This is the 3rd place I had try to take the virus off my compuer and they got it very quickly. I wish I called them first since they seem to know more about viruses than the others!

Another company told me that in order to fix my virus they would have to erase everything on my computer and start over. I called these guys and they didn't erase anything except the virus, took about 45 minutes. Great job!
