What a pleasure to do business with this company. I received a quick relpy to my phone call and my tech, Matt, was WONDERFUL. He was patient with me, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone who is having a problem with their computer.
PC eSupport is a shining star in my book. Matt was very helpful, patient, and competent, and had my computer up and running again in about an hour. He is an asset to his company. My initial phone call was returned within a couple of hours, and I was set up with an appointment the very same day - FAST SERVICE! I will call this company again if I have further computer problems. Great job and much appreciated.
excellent fast service! more than i wanted to pay but a convience since i didn't have to leave my house or delete everything and start over. i was very pleased with the fast and helpful service. matt explained everything before and after and also downloaded my new antivirus software.
This company rocks, they fixed a virus on my Dell laptop. Before I called them I spent hours on the phone with Dell support and they wern't even able to help, their only suggestion was to erase everything and start over. Next time I'll call pcesupport first, they fixed it right away and I didn't lose my files.
Great service, I don't know much about computers but when I had a virus the tech explained everything to me and got it completly cleaned up in 45 minutes. I like that they charge a flat rate instead of hourly, that made it a good deal. Highly recommended company.
Very fast, friendly, and efficient service. Their prices for service are lower than most of the other companies I found, but they did a better job then other technical support companies I have used. I have a virus, they cleaned up my computer and it was working even faster than it did before the virus!
