I think YOU as a whole awesome Hospital and very good service ...I had a procedure Done today I was enjoying the piano in the Lobby ,,I met the Man playing the piano His name's Alex. Alex had a Glass on top of the Piano and was Giving his proceeds to the Radiology Dept for Helping Him ..while sitting there I met the Head of Radiology and had a good talk....Needless too say Security came by and said he was talking money from the Hospital, and asked if he called a number on the card that was on the Piano he said No and made th... read more
I was treated in the emergency room last night. I was checked in quickly, treated promptly, and the nurses and doctors were extremely friendly and efficient. Going to the ER is never fun, but it was the best ER experience I've ever had.
I'd have to be able to post pictures to give you a real idea..the bubbling and peeling paint in my room and bathroom was representative of the entire experience.
I have been a visitor for tests, and live this place! As a patient I have found that all staff members have been compassionate,, professional and filled with human kindness. Of all the places to have life saving I was blessed to stay here, and I get to stay until next week, woot woot � �
Really happy with the care my father n law is recieving after his surgery. I'm confident with one day at a time his healing process with get better with time. The staff is wonderful. He's definitely in the right place.
I had an ultrasound and an amnio. Everyone was so nice, I felt as though I was the only patient!

Well since this is my third time here in a period of 4 days and I've been waiting for over a hour and many people have been in already. Nothing has changed. I've been having chest pains and stomach problems to the point where I have to come in. I shouldn't have to fight for them to figure out what's wrong with me! This is my last time coming here!!!!!!!��
So; I had my atrial valve replaced at Maine Med on the 28th around 1pm [out of O.R. about 3pm, was up and walking the hall the next day and was released yesterday [30th] around 2pm. The "team" at the Maine Med Heart Valve Clinic is fantastic! Thanks to each and every one of them. Modern medicine is AWESOME! I have no pain other than a sore throat from breathing tube and the incision sight under left collarbone is sore. Maine Medical Hospital and everyone there is also awesome.
