I was in the ER then the SSU and OR for a while the past two days. Every nurse and doctor was incredibly accommodating and nice. I would recommend all my friends get their gallbladders removed there!
Been sitting in emergency department 30 mins before any other patients show up and still waiting after hours in pain. I fell and hurt left arm and no help.
Because of your hospital my brother is still with us! 11 years you all have gone above and beyond to not only help him, but help our family as well! There is no hospital better than Maine medical, and no doctor better than Dr. Dusei ���
So far staff, Doctors, nurses etc have been doing their best around the clock to help my Mother to the best of their abilities. Not easy through this holiday season to be going through this , but trusting the Medical team at Maine Medical Center to help her heal.
Me and my fiancee have been dealing with a lot of medical issues and Everytime we go there we get treated with respect. Most recently I've been, and Everytime I go I feel like I'm the only patient there. The staff are really friendly, and they take care of me.
Brought my 9 yr old into ER and we were in a room less than an hour. The doctors were very nice and efficient. Explained everything to us in terms we could understand. We stayed on the Barbara Bush wing and had a wonderful experience.
Too many people asking the same questions , they had difficulty locating an elderly patient who was left on a stretcher not even visible to the nursing staff . A 6 hour visit that should have been about two hours. Once diagnosed had to wait another extremely long time for meds. The nurse doctor and techs were kind,I assume they just had too many patients. The fire department and EMT staff were wonderful !
I had to have scheduled surgery yesterday and as in previous visits I received the best care from everyone!
