As parents of a critically ill patient life- flighted from EMMC, we will forever be grateful for the extraordinary care given to our child!! We very much appreciated the professionalism and expertise for weeks on end to get to the result needed for discharge.....thank you all!
Could have been a better experience too many Drs. Comeing in andasking same questions and not enough results also long periods of time with Drs checking with us.nurses were awesome . grandson going their since he was 2/1/2 and no results to make... satisfaction..know ur busy 5/12. Hrs in emergency is outrageous. Not enough staff . too many different people coming in and not satisfied.
The most compassionate people and totally awesome, doctors, nurses, cna, . Wouldn't want to be any other place cause they treat you as you are the only one there.
Just like any hospital in the world. I had average treatment and wait times I think. Nothing special.
The doctors and nurses here are wounderful!!! My daughter was brought here by ambulance from Augusta hospital. She has a staph infection and they are taking very good care of her! They are fast on tests and have just been great! I would recommend this hospital to anyone.
Was making monthly payments for my husbands medical bills and recieved a letter in the mail from a collection agency. When I called Maine Health to ask why they said I under payed them $40 so they sent it to collections. Not only that, but the woman I spoke to was so rude and kept talking over me every time I tried to explain my situation. Now our credit is going to be affected over $40. So much for working with the community.
Went for an m.r.i. Got there early and they took me right in. Everyone was very nice.
Wonderful,friendly staff..I just started going there and I'm very happy with them. Hoping for a long relationship with them.
Food i wouldn't feed a hog, lots of no communication etc, to much to write
