Thank you MMC ER for being so quick to see my little guy last night. Wonderful treatment by the ER RN and MDs.
The staff and nursing was great . Horrible service with the kitchen. Tried to place a order for my wife how just had a c-section I ordered pasta a soup and vanilla ice cream. Then my wife said can I get a hotdog. So I said add a hotdog and the kitchen snapped back no that's to much. Last I checked we are the customer and I pay a lot of money for my insurance to pay them not to be told to much on a simple order. Just ridicules
After having my PCP PERSONALLY call me in AHEAD of time, letting you know that I was coming in for Multiple Syncope Episodes, I was BARELY ABLE to maintain consciousness yet your Waiting Room was COMPLETELY FULL and the Staff KNEW that I was fading IN and OUT, and after CAREFUL CONSIDERATION, I, under the circumstances, HAD to check myself OUT, and upon arriving HOME, I DID have ANOTHER Fainting Episode and was BY MYSELF. Should've been a construction company instead of a hospital. They put more effort into their building than their patients. Really honestly a legal murderer, neglecting patients and not truly taking care of people.... Disgrace.
