From start to finish, my care was excellent. My stay on the third floor was absolutely incredible! I can't believe I would even say that about a hospital. My nurses were Amanda, Kasey and Cathryn. My CNA's were Rachel, Sam and Mike. The best care possible! I felt like they were really invested in my health and getting me better. Everything was explained to me and any question I had was answered. The food was OK and the room was old but clean. Open heart surgery performed May 19 2017. Cardiac department is so streamlined and state of the art equipment throughout my stay. Dr. SCOTT BUCHANAN is highly skilled. Surgical team nearly perfect. Then transfered to Cardiac ICU where staff was above excellent. Cardiac floor has wonderful CNA's and most RN's were top gun. Overall work place attitude enhanced the pleasant .atmosphere
Nurses were amazing! Food was excellent! Beds were so comfortable. Surgery so far appears to be very successful. I only wish I could have been approved for second sleepover as it being the second night post surgery I am in a lot of "pain."
Not a great experience this time, where can a person send a private message ? staff kinda rude , no smiles , seemed trouble if we asked questions.....
It was a very positive experience. Everyone was so nice and very helpful.
I came back here for my care because Dr Sullivan was a critical part of follow up after my stroke, if it weren't for him, many things would not have been noticed until it was too late. It was because of him that I thought so highly of this practice. Unfortunately he retired and I feel completely opposite in my doctor here now. I was made to feel totally insignificant.
