Quick and Courteous I dropped in without an appointment for an oil change. Received very courteous, quick service. They called as soon as my truck was ready, and back to my routine.
Continued excellent service Just an update on Jared Weber and Magnussens Toyota of Palo Alto. Jared has again exceeded our expectations as the customer facing person at Magnussens. The service is always very good and Jared has made us confident and comfortable with the quality of service that we will receive. Great job in getting the Prius turned around quickly and efficiently.
Problem fixed My tire inflation indicator was lighting up periodically so I mentioned this to Octavio when I arrived for my 45K service. He had my tires checked and they were properly inflated. He also let me know that I needed new brake pads which I approved. Now I don't hear the brakes squeak when I stop. So I was very happy with the service that I received.
Great service & professional! Lisa was great. She is responsive and efficient. She knows her product well and gave me great advice. Strongly recommend. I also have a great experience in finance. Ken was helping me to process my paper work. He was patient and explain clearly. Most importantly he gave me good advice and package that saves me money. If you are looking for a Toyota, Magnussen Toyota is a good choice.
Excellent personal sservice. Jared Weber is tops. Arrived on time and reviewed work to be done with Jared. He told me the time frame and I waited. He came to get me within the the time frame, explained what had been done and delivered my car. Personable, thorough, complete. Jared is tops.
