Service of our 2009 Prius We have always brought our two (2) Prius to Magnussen's Toyota in Palo Alto. Tony Aguirre has been extremly pleasant and helpful. We bought both of our Toyotas at Magnussen's and the service has been superb.
Excellent service department!! This is my secon Camry Hybrid from Magnussen & I have had all my service done there. The team is excellent. In particular, Daniel Boyd has been most helpful in getting a loud noise when I turned corners or went in/out of driveways. It sounded like it was coming from the trunk but turned out to be in the moonroof assembly. He researched technical bulletins to find it was a known problem & had it resolved. He is knowledgable & very courteous with a strong customer focus!
purchased a new Prius I have owned a 2001 Prius for the last 14 years and with 250,000 miles I am sold on Toyota. Needing a new car, Robert Portillo at Magnussen's of Palo Alto, was thorough and a helpful salesperson with the patience to help me find my new Prius. Rubio Octavio was very pleasant & professional manner I kind ghT Rubio was very thorough & followed my maintenance thru from start to finish. It was a pleasant experience fr the time I drove up to the service dept. Since I waited for my car to be finished the customer lounge was clean & might add I enjoyed a couple of cookies & the availabity of cool drinks u have added.

good efficient service from Octavio Rubio Octavio helped me figure out the most cost-efficient way to combine service elements for my RAV. He was fast getting my paperwork processed at the start and end of the appointment, and my service was done earlier than I expected.
Working with Alex Ramirez This review is so simple to write! Alex Ramirez is simply the best--kind --considerate and very helpful. I used to work in Palo Alto and bring my car over for service but I have retired and could go to Burlingame but bring the car down to Alex.. It is worth the drive! He is so very fair and works with me to get the best service that I can get.
Great 60K service and recall work I made an appointment and came early but Jared Weber was right out there with me. He figured out which of the recall info was relevant to my car, and then set me up for the 60K service. He signed me up for a free rental car at no cost, and I was on my way. I had forgotten my coupon, but called him and let him know the info on it. He called at 4.30..car ready to go, $70 deduction for coupon.
