Excellent ongoing experience at Magnussen's I bought my vehicle a couple of years ago and have been getting it serviced there since. My experience has been excellent all along. The people that I have interacted with have been Lisa La and Angel Rincon in sales department and Tony Aguirre and Dennis Mcconnell in service department. They go the extra mile.
very satisfactory I service my Camry 2010 here for several years. My recent visit was about battery replacement. It was done on time with additional car inspection. Amir Shah was my service manager this time and his reactions were polite and professional on addressing my car issue. His help confirmed my previous very good experience with Magnussen's Toyota service.
Outstanding I have purchased and serviced two Toyotas from Magnasin's,Palo Alto over 12 years and the service has always been more than satisfactory. However, Dennis was a standout this week! Waited too long in line, but service rep calmed me down Tony Aguirre took care of my car. He let me know that I would need a new set of tires soon, but didn't push me to buy at Toyota. I appreciated that, because less expensive options are open to me. All good except for one little thing. The service summary said that floor mats were checked and are secure, but there is still one fastener missing from the driver's side floor mat. For want of a nail a kingdom was lost. Tony Aguirre Tony was very helpful. Toyota (not the dealership) continued to mistakenly record that I had purchased the car on December 2, 2013, when the dealership records and my car registration demonstrated that I purchased it on January 12, 2014. This matters relating to my 24 months Toyota free service. Given my schedule for travel etc. Toby was particularly helpful in specifying the service which was best during my v isit earlier this week.
