Best deal ever I got my first car a Toyota Corolla 2015, on this dealer since I arrived there they take their time to look a car exactly as your needs, without bad faces they don't waist your time, but definitely if you get a car here look for Farhad Rad a very nice person, patient and he cares about you and the right car for you, I recommend him.
Routine maintenance Randall Ricalde was in charge when I brought int in my 2007 Prius for its 65,000 mile checkup. I was glad to get at 10:20 AM appointment so as not to miss an early morning commitment. The car was ready about 1:30; I had two concerns, which Randall made sure were attended to; he even mentioned a similar noise that the AC on his own Prius was making and reassured me it was nothing to worry about. Unlike many dealerships, this one doesn't pressure its customers into making unnecessary repairs.
Great Dealer to deal with Courteous, friendly, professional and real people. Worked out a Cash Sale price for the Camry and closed the deal all in one day. If you want a reasonable fair cash deal on a car go to Magnuseen's. I will be happy to drive to Palo Alto any time I need service on the new car. If you want to get jacked around and pissed off try the Milpitas dealer.

Professional and courteous We flew in from the East Coast and went in for an appiontment with sales consultant Dich Tran to buy a RAV4 for our son. As per our prior conversations, he was ready for the transaction but unfortunately we could not agree on price on the vehicle in his inventory. Though we did not buy a car from Mr. Tran, I would recommend him for his professionalism and courtesy.
Magnussen's Toyota of Palo Alto I made an appointment for a 5,000 mile service with Dennis McConnell. Dennis is always accommodating and thorough about explaining which repairs need to be done now and which ones that can be postponed. I always have done my service at this shop. I own 3 Toyotas with a total of 374,000 miles on them and I have never had a breakdown-on any of them.

Very friendly yet professional and efficient. My recent interaction with ALEX REMIRES was totally pleasant: friendly and yet fully professional. Just the right mix of warm and caring but also fully efficient in getting into the details of the concerns that I had in a very effective way. Alex is certainly an asset for the company. Maybe someone should video tape one of his interactions with a customer and use it as a way to help new service agents learn how to deal with customers.
Great service experience! I bought my car here a few years ago and have gone to them for service ever since. I had always been told by friends to not have a dealer service your car, but these guys are excellent.
