Great service! I had a great experience here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The entire car-buying process was quick and easy. Darrell Starry was able to answer all of my questions and helped me set up my car with Bluetooth connectivity. I highly recommend this dealership!

Best 30K mile service quote and great job done !! This is my first time with this dealership for 30K mile service of my Toyota Corolla 2011. I interacted with the manager "Amir Shah" and found him to be very professional and not pushy at all for buying additional services. The overall experience was good and I'll recommend this dealership to my friends as well.
I got done oil change, tire rotation, multi point inspection It was really a pleasant experience at Toyota Palo Alto. I got an excellent deal on the service package, James Miller, service manager there, was extremely courteous, and took care of the whole process very fast, and my car was done much sooner than I expected. Would definitely go back there.

I recently purchased my 2014 Toyota Corolla here from Max Baldovinos. I cannot say enough nice things about this dealership and especially the employee that assisted us. Extreme patience, knowledge and courtesy were demonstrated throughout my visit. I am very grateful that such a stressful experience was made much easier with the help of Max. If I buy another vehicle in the near future, I will definitely return to this dealership.

I Came to this dealer, first met Dich Tran, he said he was busy and introduced me to Diana. Diana is a really nice lady, but very inexperienced and didn't seem to know much about the cars she was selling. After the second time she came back to her manager for asking some questions before my decision to buy a new Camry, The sales manager (Andre Kamali) was yelling at her and me.
