I went in to buy a used Prius with a fixed amount of money and a clear idea of the features that I wanted. Matt made it work for me is a very reasonable amount of time. I'm very happy with my car, and it was a very comfortable car-buying experience.
I brought my car in for a 5k service on my brand new car. Tony Aguirre was my service advisor. He was really friendly and kept me updated on my service. I would definately come back and reccommend this dealership. The rest of the staff was also great.

Andrew Lim was an excellent sales manager who went way above and beyond. He picked me up, stayed late because he knew I needed the car the next day, spent time to listen to my needs and questions. He never used pushy sales techniques but rather spoke in plain English. I got treated well by a Vietnamese sale man, named Dich Tran. He patiently offered a price with me to give a win-win deal for both sides. However, it's kinda "mysterious" when all used cars only have one car key.
We purchased our third Hybrid from Toyota of Palo Alto this month and couldn't be happier. I traded in my 2007 Camry Hybrid for the 2012 and am truly impressed with the changes in the car over the past 5 years. Dich Tran helped us with the Prius we bought in 2007 as well as my new Camry.
