Quick, efficient and friendly service I went in to Magnussen Toyota for my 10,000 mile maintenance and went in worried I was going to be spending most of my morning waiting for my car in the lobby. However, my car was ready in less than an hour and my advisor, Octavio Rubio, took the time to carefully explain the maintenance service and any findings. He was very professional and courteous which made the whole experience a lot more pleasant than it usually has been in other dealerships.
Excellent On Time Service Alex Ramirez, our service advisor, is very professional and treated me with the utmost respect as a client. I will be taking our Venza back to the dealer (and make sure I secure Alex as the service advisor) for service when ever the need arises.e
BEWARE DISHONEST MANAGEMENT Very dishonest management, total lack of integrity. I had a written agreed upon deal; I was then called and told the price would now be higher. Reluctantly I agreed to the new price and offered a credit card to hold the truck until I could come down the next day. They then sold the truck and didn't even tell me. Basically they just used me to raise the price past sticker for another person. Sleezy people, horrible experience. Find an honest dealership.
the only place I take my car for service The dealership has friendly service, great customer relations. I receive email updates when my car is due for service, and a thank you after my visit. Magnussen's is the only place I take my car for service.
Dich Tran is a great sales guy I bought a Prius from this dealership 7 years ago from Dich Tran, and went back there when it was time to buy another Prius. Getting the exact specs we wanted was tough but they persisted and found a car for us at another dealership and had it brought in. I have had my 2007 Prius (now being driven by my son) serviced here, they are always super helpful.
Dennis Mcconnell's care of me and my Toyota I arrived a few minutes early or my appointment; Dennis McConnell met me and arranged for the desired services. After informing me of the probable duration of time needed or that service, he escorted me to the waiting Room. Dennis returned to explain a short delay and generally kept me posted on progress. He is very personable, focused and eager to see that all is perfect for clients. I highly recommend Magnussen and hope Dennis' service is retained by you. Anna Brown

Great service!!! I brought my '96 Camry in for a LOF. As always, they thoroughly check the car and note an additional issues. This time I needed the right axle boots replaced. Alex Ramirez is always great about explaining what is wrong so I can understand it. The were able to complete the work by early afternoon. I have been going to Toyota of Palo Alto for over 25 years and have always received excellent service.
Excellent service experience for past 17 years Bought my 1997 Camry new from Magnussen's, and have brought it back for all servicing since. Obviously very satisfied with their work; the car runs great. Have worked with most, if not all, of the service managers, and can recommend all. Greatly appreciate shuttle service to/from home when service times run longer.
