We told him what we wanted for our daughter and our budget and he totally worked with us to get the best deal! I purchased a 2012 Prius from Angel Rincon and was pleasantly surprised by the low pressure and very reasonable price negotiation. My initial quote was higher than what a friend recently paid for an identical vehicle and Angel was very effective in presenting a new offer that met my target price. Test drive, price negotiation and paper work took about an hour and I picked up the vehicle later the same day. I sent my car to do the 15K service on Thursday. The lady who serviced me called me in the afternoon asking if I am willing to pay more for some filters which are expensive as far as I know. I told her not to do it, since I was told it was farely easy to do it myself. Then Sunday I found that my 1.5 year new prius was leaking oil for the first time. :( It smeared my garage a lot, and keep leaking.
