Great Service I have always found Magnussen Toyota in Palo Alto to be very helpful and reliable. I have dealt with several people there and been pleased with all of them. My most recent visit I had a new person, Dennis Mcconnel, who is a great addition to their team.

happy customer Recently purchased a 2015 Toyota Corolla. My 1st new car, by the way. I brought my car in for my 3 months service and Daniel Boyd was my service provider. He was very helpful and professional. He asked how i liked my car so far and my car has been great!! 120K service Took my Camry Hybrid in for my 120K service on Monday and everything went well. Alex Ramirez was my service adviser and he's very thorough in explaining about the service performed and also reminded me of a recall on my car. We got that taken care of as well. Car was ready around the time promised. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
150k service Poor Tony, the mechanic who was working on my cat called in sick with a severe migraine. Tony was so embarrassed in having to tell me that the car would be a day late. But what the heck, we can not predict an illness. Car was ready as promised by Tony albeit a day late, Mt car likes Magnussen Toyota having been serviced there for the past 20 years!
Cheerful, competent service! Danny Boyd was a pleasure to work with arranging a 45,000 mile service for our Prius. He was clear, thorough and competent, as was his phone call when wear and tear warranted extra parts. The car was ready early, and every detail attended to (including securing of the floor mats). Overall, we're very pleased with Danny and the work of the service department.
Tundra service Alex Ramirez helped me get my Tundra fully operational again (after a rat infestation!). The cost was reasonable and they honored the 20% discount from their web site, so I was quite pleased. Alex was incredibly responsive, both by phone and email. He even showed me pictures on his iPhone of the damage underneath the intake manifold. My only complaint was that they didn't wash the exterior as some dealerships do after a major service.
The best Toyota Service Center. Brian North is very professional. They were so busy that day, he called me up to say there will be delays which really helped schedule my time accordingly.
