In the End, Said Abbas is the Coolest Dude! I made an appointment w/ Said to check out & test drive the used 2008 Toyota XLE I saw on the dealership website. We (I brought my brother & my sister in-law)came. With the checklist on our hands, we inspected the vehicle. All was good. However w/ the dealer asking price, I told Said my offer. He didn't like. Octavio Rubio Octavio was wonderfully thorough explaining the service needed for my vehicle. I will ask for him next time my service is due. Everything was taken care as promised.
Electric window repair Although I had to return after the initial visit, I was called when the ordered parts arrived. I was able to make a service reservation convenient for my schedule. The car was ready when Amir Shah told me that it would be. Window fixed for the cost stated. I got the impression that Amir was trying to make the process as easy for me as possible.
Excellent Service I came in for a routine service and was immediately checked in, checked out and on my way to work on the Shuttle. Jared Weber took note of my concern about an odor in the AC and reported back about that, along with a summary of the service. I requested that my car be serviced as soon as possible, and indeed, it was ready in 1.5 hours. This was the easiest service I've experienced. Jared definitely takes the utmost care with his customers.
Replacing a flat tire ang got a callback taken care as well Good, reliable service at competitive market rates. Add to that the online system, access to the car's entire service history and the likeable guys that face the public and we got a enjoyable exercise for an often not so enjoyable event. Thanks Tony.
Oil change , etc. Tony Aguirre was very responsive and thorough. However, I thought a two hour wait for an oil change was excessive, particularly since I was given a confirmed appointment. Sal Lasala
Excellent Service at Magnussen's of Palo Alto Everything went very smoothly. This was a very routine service and I was in and out again in two hours. It would have been faster except they asked me about replacing some things that were marginal so I decided to replace them which took longer. i am very satisfied with the service and personnel.
