Amir saved me money! This was the first time I paid significantly less than the original estimate. It was just routine maintenance, but I had recently purchased tires elsewhere. So Amir Shah knocked a few items (like the unnecessary tire rotation) off the bill. It went from over $300 to just under $100. That NEVER happens, at least not to me. Thank you, Amir!

Excellent Service and Extra Help Only a short wait in the morning, and a 30K service was promptly performed. Extra help was provided to check out an issue with the radio. As I was picking up the car I decided to have new wipers installed and service rep Daniel Boyd installed them for me. I also love the free specialty coffee machine in the waiting room.
Best Service in th World! Jarad Weber and Palo Alto Toyota are excellent. Always on time with parts and my truck keeps running great! I even got a loaner car for a couple of days. I would highly recommend Jarad and this dealership.
