Excellent Service, Good Communication, Jared Weber was the Service representative for the work on my 2006 4Runner. He was able to accommodate a change in the service date of two days and to have my car ready at the end of the day. There was a clear commitment to customer value and service to the customer. He certainly was competent at his job and knew what he was doing. This is the quality of service that maintains and builds customer base. Troy Barbee

90,000 Mile service The work was carried out in a timely manner. The service agent, Daniel Boyd, was friendly and efficient. However, I was blindsided by the cost of the service. I had received a coupon in the mail that headlined $260 for a major service (30k, 60k, 90k, ...) However, When I checked in, it turned out that they actually recommend changing the timing belt and flushing the brakes at 90,000 so the cost would be $1150! Excellent experience Chinh Nguyen recently helped me purchase a new 2016 Sienna XLE. He communicated with me to make sure that he tracked down the car that had the color combination and features that I wanted, and he made the process very enjoyable. My husband's family has now bought 5 cars from this dealership and had great experiences.

Excellent customer Service Decided to do our 6 month service in Palo Alto instead of Milpitas where we originally picked up the car. Jared Weber dealt with us very professionally and made sure we were well taken off.

a friend in the car service business Have owned Toyotas all my adult life and have gone to Magnussen's and Toyota of Palo Alto for decades and have always been served well. My cars have kept going far longer than I anticipated they would. My current Corolla S is 15 years old and going strong. My service agent keeps track of what my car needs and is careful, kind, and supportive.

Dennis was great; overall service department difficult Starting 3 months ago I tried to make a service appointment at Toyota PA and was unable to tell if they did a simple smog check--even though the CA state site says they do. I called to make an appointment for Prius smog check and got 2 calls back with neither caller knowing whether they could schedule this. I then got multiple calls from someplace in the system (not PA) wondering if the dealership had gotten back to me with an answer and they never did. I finally booked ... read more

Friendly and efficient Jared Weber was very helpful. Work was done very quickly, rides were offered. All great. Cashier was helpful. Grateful for the service so close to home.

usual fine service (for years) I request Jared as service mgr each time if available. Friendly, patient, answers questions. Thoroughness very important - in past noticed one or more safety-related items at check-in time which I had not noticed. (And selects best deal among coupons I receive in email.)

Randall R. Rocks! Exceptional service and vehicle inspection on my Camry Hybrid. Very good communication at Magnussen's in Palo Alto and he provided detailed info on how to keep my car running smoothly.
