Great customer service. Buying a new was a pleasant experien The salesman that helped me was Chinh Nguyen. We communicated via email for a few weeks. He always responded quickly and answered my questions. When I went in to the dealership he met me right away. I test drove a Rav4 and a Camry. He answered all my questions. They had a play area that kept our kids busy while my wife and I went over the paper work. We arrived around 11:00am and drove off in a new Camry around 1:00pm.
Always easy I was at Magnussen for a service. It was easy to set up appointment. My service manager is Daniel Boyd and he is the best! Took my car on time and didn't have to wait that long. Service was done and I was out the door in an hour.
Awesome I bring my car to Alex Ramirez everytme it needs anything... I could go closer to my home but Alex is great about everything he does... Thank you for your service!

WOW! Great Jan. 2017 car buying experience! Darrell Starry is an absolutely wonderful salesperson at Magnussen's Toyota of Palo Alto!
