Made Buying a Vehicle a Pleasure My wife and I went to at least 6 Toyota Dealerships (plus other non-Toyota dealerships) looking for a used Rav4 or similar vehicle, sales people ranged from blatantly ignorant to nice but not really listening. RAV 4 Electric Vehicle Service writer Dennis Mcconnell urged me to have our car diagnosed by their EV tech for the cause of why it would not move in D or R but only jerk and vibrate. Had it towed to Magnussen. I received a quote for inverter and traction motor replacement.
Excellent Service Brought in my Sequoia here for maintenance and Michael Gajda was able to accommodate us for very short notice and made the schedule for the services. Michael was very friendly, upfront to all the charges and no hidden fees. He was very knowledgeable to the services that was being done. First time customers Brought my Corolla here for a brake job. Alex Ramirez was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful.
