Outstanding buying experience!!! We were new to the country and were looking for a brand new car and a good deal. Sales manager Kai Zhu (KZ) gave us the best price for the new Camry we wanted to buy and didn't push for any additional program to register with to make more profit. KZ was very honest, courteous and helpful. He patiently responded to tons of queries posted by me. I highly appreciate KZ for his support and recommend Magnussen for buying a Toyota vehicle.
Great Buying Experience We had been shopping for CPO car for about a month and we were not convince to make a purchase with other dealerships. our first stop was Magnussen's Toyota, Mr. Dich Tran help us out to see inventory and answered any questions we had, but we need to shop around before making the purchase. 2 weeks later we came back and ask for Mr. Tran which again, took the time to show's us inventory, took us for a test drive again and this time we decided to go forward. Great experience! We had been shopping for a new car for several months and were disappointed with many of the dealerships we visited. Many sales people were not knowledgeable about the car features and seemed to be unmotivated and sometimes arrogant. Took my van in for service - was done quickly and efficient. Octavio Rubio was my service manager and he took good care of me. Kept me up to date during the time that my van was serviced. Pleased
Annoying squeak in back of Camry Hybrid Michael Gajda was my service rep for this problem. In dealing with it, he discovered a cracked sway bar in the rear, and was able to fix it , and have the car ready the next day. This could have been a safety issue, but it was found and fixed.
Service on 2 Prius Michael Gajda was my service representative. He arranged for me to get oil changes on both my cars on the same day. One car had an oil leak that cost $1600 to fix. Michael searched my car’s history and found that it had an extended warranty that would pay for the repair ! Thank you Michael !
Consistently good 16 years ago walked on the lot and tried out a first generation Prius and loved it. Owned it for 12 years! Got all my service done at Magnussen. Now back again in 2018 with my second Prius purchase of a plug-in electric version. Committed to the Magnussen service package because I haven’t been disappointed with their service yet, especially with professional folks like Tony Aguirre.
Said Abbas has continued to provide excellent service and goes out of his way to make sure every detail is taken care of. He is the reason we buy our cars at Magnussen.
1st service on my truck This was my first experience with Toyota, brought my truck in for its first service with an appointment. Michael Gajda met me right away and processed me in, the service was less than 1 hour while I waited. During the wait Michael came out and told me they found a service bulletin I has asked about and they updated the computer in my truck. I'm very happy with the service, and will definitely be back for all of the other maintenance.
