Great experience with new car purchase My experience with Tran from Magnussen was amazing. He offered me a great deal on Toyota Corolla SE and was very transparent about the pricing and offers. Said Abbas, An Awesome Sales guy ! Purchased a new 2019 Yaris from Said Abbas. Just One visit and the whole process took only Two hours. Got the best deal in the Bay Area (Checked with four other Bay area Toyota car dealers on Phone, email and in person visit before meeting Said). This is not my first experience with Said anyway, but the fifth car purchase from Said in the last Seven Years. His attitude and customer service was always the same, An Awesome Sales guy to work with.
Randall Ricalde is awesome as a service advisor! Randall Ricalde was my service adviser last Saturday. He did an awesome job with the car. He promised I'd be out within 1.5 to 2 hours. I left Magnussen's within that time limit, as promised. AND Randall arranged a test drive on a new Corolla SE. Totally terrific! Thank you so much, Randall!!!

Stellar Service from Jared Weber I dropped. by Magnussen’s Toyota as I I realized one of my headlights was not working. Jared Weber was kind enough to take a look at the headlighr, told me what part was needed , and he replaced the part immediately. I can’t thank him enough for going above and beyond for us. He then scheduled our next service visit for us, he genuinely cares about his customers and their safety!. Great service in a timely fashion Brought my car in for a preventative maintenance appointment; intake was quick. Michael was professional yet efficient and walked me through all of the necessary points. When the service was complete, he called me with recommendations for additional things to be done but without trying to sell me more products or services. Work was completed as promised and on time.
