Jared Weber is the best service technician I have ever had. He explains what they are going to do and then after it was done he explained what they found. He fixed a problem I had been trying to solve for a year, and it was much less money than I thought. I could have saved myself a lot of frustration and wasted money by just going to him in the first place. Jared is a guy you can trust, ask for him by name. I can pass smog now!
Excellent customer service from all departments. Leasing a Toyota, Highly Recommended I Highly recommend Toyota Sales Person KAI ZHU. I have been working with him for the past 6 years and leased 4 cars with him. Pleasant experience We worked with Amir who is a thoughtful, attentive, and helpful individual. He is easy to work with, knowledgeable about cars as well as the Palo Alto area and forthright in terms of what he can and cannot do regarding the price. Recall/ oil change Magnussen’s Toyota is the best. They are open early at 6 am which helps my schedule tremendously. I was able to get my oil change and recall maintenance work done in an hour and didn’t even have to miss work. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.
He did a good job I was there for maintenance and the gentleman that helped me was very professional, the waiting time was average about an hour and half his name is Octavio Rubio and he knew of what he was talking about and gave some helpful pointers.. Thanks Octavio.
