I had my 3rd service done to my 2021 Toyota RAV4 hybrid by Octavio the service advisor . All what I can say is that I was amazed by his professionalism and attitude on the way he took care of me. But it’s not surprising me as I am using the Magnussens Toyota Palo Alto service and part for over 10 years and never been disappointed and it was all a 5 stars reviews. Thank you so much Octavio and all Toyota team for your Team work to always put customer first . To all the Toyota owners: you are tired of being disappointed by how... read more
Randall did an incredibly good job of updating me on what they found as they did the deferred maintenance on my Prius. He sent photos of rodent damage and explained my options for repair. The car was even done on time even though extra work was needed!
I wouldn’t recommend this service department, Costumer service is real bad I had a very disappointed experience with a service representative name Tony Aguirre, he treat me with no Respect and every time I had a question he wasn’t polite and was giving me attitude, I call costumer service department to speak to a manager and complain, and they told me that no one was available and they were going to call me back, NO ONE DID. I’ll never coming back to this dealership to get me car service again, Tony Aguirre didn’t care about... read more
Great experience; highly recommend Jose Tenorio in sales! He was kind, answered all our questions, and made sure we got the best deal. He also made himself accessible for any follow-up questions after we closed the deal. The entire process felt smooth — did not feel pressured at all, unlike at other dealerships.
Randall Ricalde Is awesome and very professional. Whenever I’m in town and my car needs services, I come straight to him for help! Randall works with a great team as well!
On this trip to Magnussen Toyota I worked with Octavio Rubio. He did a great job being friendly and taking care of my concerns. I needed the car at a specific time and it was ready to go on time.
He is the best salesperson I have ever seen, very talented, and very patiently answering all your questions. I am a perfectionist, but what they do is really perfect! superior! Choosing Hameed will be the most correct choice for you, please trust me！
Kai Zhu is the best sales rep I worked with. Very knowledgeable, professional and patient. He helped make our purchase of a 2021 Prius Prime a pleasant and enjoyable experience
Crystal Conchas was an excellent service rep - friendly, listened attentively and addressed all of my concerns! I would highly recommend her and the service department at Magnusson Toyota.
