As usual (I have been a Magnussen's customer for many years) the Service and the Sales departments are outstanding. Tony Aguirre in Service didn't disappoint me; he thought of everything I needed while at the dealership in Mountain View. He explained before and after the visit every point in the paperwork. When I arrived, he made me feel I was in a family business, not in one of the largest corporations in the world -as he always does through the years. To me, Toyota Magnussen's of PA equates with Toy Aguirre. Thanks!!!
Octavio Rubio did an excellent job at my last service appointment. He was professional and efficient in getting me in and out, even ahead of the estimated time. He also fully answered all my questions .

Randall did an incredibly good job of updating me on what they found as they did the deferred maintenance on my Prius. He sent photos of rodent damage and explained my options for repair. The car was even done on time even though extra work was needed!
