My Prius was serviced at Magnussen's and, as always, it was an easy and they did an excellent job. Alex Ramirez was professional and explained everything clearly. I was helped promptly and all went without any problems. Thank you!
Michael Stump, my service advisor, was very professional and efficient. My only complaint, and my reason for not giving a 5 star rating, is that my windows were not wiped down after the window washing fluid was topped off and tested.
As usual (I have been a Magnussen's customer for many years) the Service and the Sales departments are outstanding. Tony Aguirre in Service didn't disappoint me; he thought of everything I needed while at the dealership in Mountain View. He explained before and after the visit every point in the paperwork. When I arrived, he made me feel I was in a family business, not in one of the largest corporations in the world -as he always does through the years. To me, Toyota Magnussen's of PA equates with Toy Aguirre. Thanks!!!
Octavio Rubio did an excellent job at my last service appointment. He was professional and efficient in getting me in and out, even ahead of the estimated time. He also fully answered all my questions .
Randall Ricalde did an excellent job as he always does in determining our service needs and getting the services completed on time and within the estimated amount
Thanks for Mr Alex Ramirez‘s services. He is very Professional, and help me a lot. Next time I’ll make my service appointment for him.
KZ and Lisa did an amazing job in helping me purchase my dream truck Toyota Tacoma! They were both super helpful and they did everything they can to help me through the buying process. Thank you so much for everything!!! Customer service was 5 stars!!!!
Crystal Conchas was extremely helpful and friendly. She took extra steps to make sure my concerns were addressed.
Crystal is very warm hearted and her professinalism greatly helped.
