John is a wonderful sales person. He has sold me three cars over the years and he is always professional and helps thru the entire process. He shows us how to use each feature in the car as well. Recently bought a 2025 RAV4 from John. I highly recommend him to others. We also continue to go to Wellesley Toyota for all of our service needs.

WOW I just love my RAV4 which is 100% safe and undamaged according to Service Director Steven Reese. I’m not sure how he came to the conclusion that my suspension was not intermittently shaking “violently” between 65-75 MPH when I had a large sign in my car forbidding him from driving it due to metal fatigue, which is why it was just flatbedded 40 miles to 802, or without him driving on a road that comes close to 65 according to my GPS. Service advisor was great and the facility is really nice. I waited for the car and the service tool longer than expected.
Manager was not present when I had an issue. Waited 3 hours long time customer 29plus years. Very disappointed with my service.
