I’ve been going to Magnussen’s Toyota for service and maintenance for years now and even though I’ve had good and bad experiences with them in terms of customer service, overall, the repair and maintenance work that they do is always solid. My car’s hitting 13 years now and still runs smooth. Alex Ramirez is also a great service advisor if you want transparency and someone trustworthy and honest that won’t try and pressure you to add on service or repairs that you don’t need.

Magnussen Toyota was willing to service my car the day before Thanksgiving without an appointment! I brought it in to their service department when it opened at 7 am, and 2 hours later I picked up my car. Great service, thanks so much!
Service now so efficient I wait Magnussen Toyota efficient, good service, and good reminders. The waiting area has coffee with fast internet and appropriate tables for working, so can get work done and faster to wait than leave and return although I've also used the shuttle when available.
KZ helps me getting the car I want quickly. The whole process including test driving, looking around for 4 models, negotiations, signing paperwork just take a few hours. I highly recommend him if you are looking for Toyota vehicles. Alex in finance is also very explaianatory. We walk out with hassle free.
Rock Star As of yet, I haven't had my car serviced since it's brand new, but the experience of buying it was first class. Amir answered all the questions that my friend and I asked and more, was gracious and patient and in my mind he is a 'rock star'.Eric in finance was so well organized and the process was very quick. Other people in the dealership were courteous and welcoming. Overall 5 stars.
