Excellent service I went to Toyota in Palo Alto, because my Yaris was making a weird noise. As soon as I got to the dealership I was greeted by Jared. He asked me a couple of question and got a mechanic to try to figure out a game plan for the car and to see what was wrong. In a couple minutes they had figured out I had a damaged water pump. Excellent!!!! Alex rocks. We bought our 2nd Camery at Magneson’s after shopping around at Toyota dealers in the S Bay. While our Camery’s have been such superior cars we really don’t need any work on them, I am consistent with maintenance. Alex has been my maintenance guy for years and he is awesome. Review of service dept at Magnussen Toyota I worked for years with a Toyota dealership in Connecticut and was always very pleased with the service dept. Magnussen is larger, but I’m equally satisfied. Michael Gayda is the best service coordinator I’ve worked with.
