Magnussen Palo Alto- great service!!! Randall Ricalde has been taking great care of our Sienna for a while now. He knows what our car needs are and makes appropriate recommendations. We love the personalized service and professionalism received from him. Also, every time we drop off or pick up the car, there’s always a guy greeting/acknowledging us. This TOYOTA location is great and Randall is awesome!

Was quick to greet me and inform me of the service that was scheduled, and ask if there were any questions, which I had.
